At ToyKarts, we are committed to providing high-quality toys and a transparent shopping experience. Since we deal with fragile items, we have established the following policy to protect both the buyer and the business.
1. Damaged or Defective Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
In the rare event that your toy arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Timeline: You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof Requirement: A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly highlight the defect or damage.

Verification: Claims made without a valid unboxing video or reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
2. Lost in Transit
If our courier partner confirms that your order has been lost or misplaced during transit, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method after internal verification.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of Mind: Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot offer returns based on personal preference.

Promotional Items: Products purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or using special discount codes are non-refundable.

Used Items: Any toy that has been played with, has broken seals, or is missing original packaging cannot be returned.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO Policy
To prevent fraudulent orders, we may collect a partial advance for COD orders.

Refused Delivery: If a COD order is refused at the doorstep or returned due to an incorrect address/unavailability after 3 attempts, the advance payment will be forfeited to cover shipping and handling costs.

RTO Fee: For prepaid orders returned to us due to customer unavailability, a handling fee of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund.
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once your refund is approved:

Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Timeline: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Order Cancellation
Currently, we do not support order cancellations once the package has been handed over to our courier partner.
